Glens Falls Tile & Supplies opened in 1997 by Craig and Cheryl Burrows. Craig started installing tile in 1984 while in the service. From 1989 to 1997 he worked in a retail tile store and decided to start his own business in his hometown. Craig and Cheryl have been devoted to ensuring that all of their employees enjoy a cheerful, stress-free, work environment and pride themselves in retaining long term employees. As a result, their customers will experience a well organized showroom with a confident and educated sales staff that will provide you with the highest level of customer service.
Our design consultants has over 80 years of flooring and construction experience. We bring attention to details that others may overlook. Your design is only limited by your imagination. We continuously stay on top of the latest technologies and frequently attend seminars and/or workshops to educate ourselves to give our customers the most up to date information regarding tile industry.

Bernie joined Glens Falls Tile & Supplies in May of 2004. Bernie has over 40 years of experience in the construction field, which has been an excellent asset for Glens Falls Tile & Supplies. His knowledge and expertise in design and installation will make your home improvement project a dream come true. Bernie brings a unique ability to get inside the customer’s shoes, thinking through the details and make sure the space is functional for their needs. Bernie will also handle your shower door design requirements.
Bernie is also Co-Owner of Ball’s Kitchens and Baths where “Quality and Pride are in the details.”

Brandon Burrows – Sales/Design & Warehouse
Brandon joined Glens Falls Tile & Supplies in 2009. Brandon is responsible for sales and design with knowledge of all products while ensuring great customer service. Also, assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, unloading and loading trucks, deliveries and keeping the warehouse stocked with essential product.

Jane joined Glens Falls Tile in 2019. Jane brings over 30 years of experience in design, sales and customer care. As a graduate in studio art and textile design, she is excited to share her creative insight to help customers unveil their personal style.
